Two questions come up often. How the assessment works
Every organisation starts with a Light Assessment — a fast, focused review that shows you exactly where you’ve started to drift, especially around funding, before it becomes a crisis. From there, organisations who want the full picture move to a Detailed Assessment, going deeper into evidence across all five dimensions.
